This month we are celebrating the Science Month. According to what I've searched Science day is being celebrated to commemorate discovery of the Raman Effect, which led to Indian scientist Sir Chandraskhara Venkata Raman. The theme of our Science month for 2019 is Enabling Technologies for Sustainable Development which aim to have a healthy and green environment and new development.
