Intramurals ramurals! We all know that students with skills in sports are exited in this part of the school year. Athletes are trained and had try out before joining the contest in school division..

Intramurals had a lot of activities to do.. And of the program or activities is the fun bike that help us to strengthen our muscles and after that they also conducted Zumba students of ISNHS joined the said Zumba and aimed to have a healthy body..

Intramurals is what we call the activities that emphasise group spirit and the enjoyment of sports in a less competitive context and its purpose is to promote healthy lifestyle. Intramurals 2019n of ISNHS is competed ny grades 7-12 in different kinds of sports.But after the opening has started a parade was conducted to formally start the launching. After the introducing of athletes next in the competition of dance sports. competed by different partcipants.

Science Month Celebration

This month we are celebrating the Science Month. ISNHS conducted some activities that helps the environment to be clean and an eco friendly environment.

Some of the activities of Science Month Celebration is sci-tricks this is were sone students can watch amazing experiments that is not that familiar to them..And other more.

According to what I've searched Science day is being celebrated to commemorate discovery of the Raman Effect, which led to Indian scientist Sir Chandraskhara Venkata Raman. The theme of our Science month for 2019 is Enabling Technologies for Sustainable Development which aim to have a healthy and green environment and new development.

Day of happiness

  Launching of the Happy Schools Movement is already launched by being headed by the DepEd.. Happy school movement is launched to implementation of K-12.. It also seeks to promote every school in the region as a better place to study.

  And its theme is "Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod.. This movement aims to inculcate minds of pupils that school is not just a place for learning but also a place for fun and enjoyment according to the speaker..

 Every student deserves to be happy even when they are at school.. Some schools conduct some activities for some fun and enjoyment of students in a certain school.. School is our second home as they say, We all know that school is the place we learn but our school is one of the place where you have many fun memories and exciting adventures.

In Celebration of the Solidarity Month we are celebrating the healing, oppurtunity, and justice for girls.. As a student we also join or watch some activities of solidarity.. Like what just happened some students were adviced or asked to do some exhibits at the Vigan Convention Center and the exhibits are interesting and some students had fun watching and listening to the explanation about the exhibit of every station. And some female students of ISNHS went to VCTC for some lectures or discussions about the First 1000 days ni Baby.

Solidarity is important in such places like Vigan because this is the day that Filipinos can share their interests,objectives psychological sense of unity of group or classes.. Solidarity means to the ties in a society that bind people together as one.. We Filipinos are embraced and we are together as one.

Wika'y Tangkilikin

 Wikang Filipino ating mahalin! Ating ipinagdidiwang ngayon ang Buwan ng Wika"Wikang Katutubo:Tungo sa isang bansang Filipino Kada taon ay ipinagdidiwang natin ito para magbigay galang sa ating bansa at pati na rin sa ating wika.Kaya't ating ipinagdidiwang ito para maipagmalaki ang ating wika,kultura at mga katutubong Pilipino. Ayon sa aking napapansin ngayon ay mas tinatangkilik ang ibang lenggwahe tulad ng Koreano,Ingles at iba pa. at mga kabataan ngayon mas nagiging interesado na sa panonood,pakikinig sa mga Korean Groups na BTS,Blackpink at iba pa 

          Alam nating lahat na sa simula't simula ay ang wikang Filipino na ang ating ginagamit na lenggwahe.Sa Bansang ating kinabibilangan ay nakasanayan na nating gamitin ang sariling atin. Pero sa aking nakikita o nababalitaan ay may mga ibang tao na hindi tumatangkilik sa Wikang Filipino.
         
Sabi nga ni Dr. Jose Rizal"ang di marunong magmahal sa sariling wika ay mas mabaho pa sa malansang isda"pero hindi naman natin mapipiliut kong ito lamang ang kanilang libangan ang panonod nang mga Korean groups o iba pa,pero kailangan din naman ito limitahan. kaya ginawa ang Wikang Filipino ay para gamitin hindi para balewalain lamang tayo'y sinasabing mga Pilipino dahil gamit nating ang Wikang ipanagkaloob sa atin.Kaya't ating mahalin wikang atin.
