       This month of July we are celebrating the Nutrition Month and its theme is encouraging people to eat nutritious foods.  National Nutrition Month is annual nutrition education and information campaign that encourage us humans to eat nutritious foods. This month celebrations purpose is to encourage people to become Physically Fit.

        Nutrition is important to us Humans in eating nutritious foods we are gaining nutrients that came from vegetables and fruits are good for our health and makes our bones and muscles become stronger. From the food we gain vitamins thar are needed in our bodies. And this vitamin help  us boost or to be energetic and able to do leisure activities but to be able to perform physical activities we need proper diet by balancing what we eat,minimise eating junk foods, doing exercise. Some people don't eat vegetables because they most prefer eating junk food that is dangerous to their rather than veggies that is healthy to their health.
