New Knowledge

First day of school I was scared in our subject in ICT because you know i am not good at computers and i don't have any idea about what are the lessons we are going to tackle in my 16 years of existence in this world I had face many challenges in life.. In this first quarter of school year I am gaining new knowledge and my skills in computer is being enhanced. 

Because when I was at elementary there are no subjects that is connected to computers when I move up  My skills in using computer is not that bad anymore.. In this First quarter i had learned about the History of computer when it was first launched and when it ended. I also learned the pioneers and many more. And this second Quarter i am expecting more skills to be enhanced.

Disaster Preparedness

         

Natural Disaster may cause a huge amount of problem especially to human life and also their properties. Disasters are happening to our country because of the people unresponsiveness and some people dont have manners because of this people become lazy and because of this they don't have any time to prepare for any disaster that may occur. Disaster Preparedness is required to every individual to reduce the effects to our country and disaster Preparedness is important to able for us to lessen the amount of disasters on vulnerable population and for us to prepared some barangays conduct meetings or lectures about being prepared. In every lecture they implement what would be done or safety measures to be done. NDRRMC also conducts a program about disaster Preparedness. Kahandaan sa Sakuna'Peligro Para sa tunay na Pagbabago.

        We all know that our country is one of the Countries in the world that are prone to disasters especially typhoon, that passes at the West Basin and Philippines is located at the Pacific Ring of Fire that causes sudden Earthquakes thus people are not alert or ready for any happenings.If every people has the ability of being prepared we can also lessen the amount of people's death even skme disaster may not be predicted everyone is encouraged to be always ready.

     Nutrition Month Celebration: Kumain ng was to at maging aktibo. Push natin to!

       This month of July we are celebrating the Nutrition Month and its theme is encouraging people to eat nutritious foods.  National Nutrition Month is annual nutrition education and information campaign that encourage us humans to eat nutritious foods. This month celebrations purpose is to encourage people to become Physically Fit.

        Nutrition is important to us Humans in eating nutritious foods we are gaining nutrients that came from vegetables and fruits are good for our health and makes our bones and muscles become stronger. From the food we gain vitamins thar are needed in our bodies. And this vitamin help  us boost or to be energetic and able to do leisure activities but to be able to perform physical activities we need proper diet by balancing what we eat,minimise eating junk foods, doing exercise. Some people don't eat vegetables because they most prefer eating junk food that is dangerous to their rather than veggies that is healthy to their health.

Be prepared

      We all know that Earthquake is dangerous especially to us because it can kill or  cause death to humans, animals and to the properties of people. We know that  earthquake is the shaking of the surface of the earth resulting sudden release of energy even we don't know when or where it will happen all we can do is always be ready with the Fist aid kit and must be prepared.

       Our Country is located at the Pacific Ring of Fire resulting our country experiencing a lot of earthquakes. As a preparation in this, every school implements an earthquake drill. Proper execution of school drills will help us prevent panics, which might lead to accidents when everyone is overwhelmed with fear during a strong earthquake. Dear Mr. President, 

        Greetings to you Sir! I am Nicole Gorospe who is supporting you in almost everything that you are doing to our country and I admire you for being such a good leader and as a Father to the people who is surrounded by you. I admire for the improvements to our country like lessen the amount of drug addicts/pushers and putting them in prison to able to learn their mistakes but i had something that's on my mind, that is the extrajudicial killing that you must kill the persons who is involved in drugs that is not cooperating in the process or what we call the Oplan Tokhang and it comes to the point that you will kill them and not letting them to change their lives or to able to learn the lessons in life, I know you agree in this way to lessen the amount of addicts but for me I don't think that is a good idea because killings one life is a sin.

           We know that there are a lot of things that you had change and improve in our country but I expect that there are no more killing ones life. And one thing more I admire you for protecting the West Philippine sea from the Chinese and other more. As a student President Duterte. I am expecting more improvements I our country and I hope there will be changes to risen up our Economy and also as a Student I admire you!!

Freedom of Filipinos

          Filipinos most important date in our Philippine history is what we called Independe Day because this is the day that Spanish rule our country on June 12, 1898 where Filipinos celebrate it every year.

          Independence day is a National Holiday so government offices are closed, no classes in all schools due to some activities like government employees join parades and specially to give respect to our flag, Independence day is one of the highlights to all Filipinos because this is the day that Philippines claimed it's freedom by the colonist. The symbol of the flag has its own meaning the color blue means peace, truth and justice, red for Valoroso white means equality and three stars are the regions of our country:Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and the sun has eight rays which represent the provinces that started the revolt against Spain this are the following provinces:Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga,Nueva Ecija,Laguna and Batangas.

 Filipinos had many sacrifices and hardships also many lives were taken but this was all successful or the lives was not wasted because Philippines claim the Freedom by the colonist. And another year has come celebrate the 121st Independence day.
